Water System of Gemena Mapping
As part of World Vision's goal of supplying the territory of Gemena, South Ubangi District with drinking water, the Observatoire Satellital des Forêts d’Afrique Centrale (OSFAC) has been identified to map the Supply of Potable Water Network (AEP) in two villages, SAZA and Gemena III.

National Forest Carbon Map for the DRC
WWF DRC and WWF Germany, in collaboration with national authorities, are proud to announce the publication of the Forest Biomass Map of the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC). The Carbon Mapping project assessed the carbon stock in each hectare of forest on all 2.3 million km2 of the DRC, using airborne LiDAR technology and satellite imagery.

Contribution OSFAC au volet Cartographique Participative du Projet mode de Gestion des Forêts Communautaires
Dans le cadre du projet « Mode de gestion des forets des communautés locales en contribution à la réduction de la pauvreté en RDC », OSFAC a apporté son expertise en cartographie et Systèmes d'Information Géographique. Les Experts SIG de l’OSFAC chargés de réaliser ce travail étaient composés de Marcelline Ngomba Ndekelu et Alphonse Wala Etina. Conférence Internationale sur l’Occupation du sol et biomasse forestière (Libreville/Gabon)
Du 20 au 21 Mars 2014, OSFAC a pris part en tant que membre du Comité scientifique à la Conférence internationale sur les changements d’occupation du sol et de biomasse forestière en Afrique centrale qui s’est tenue à Libreville au Gabon.
