Visa requirements
The meeting will be held in Brazzaville, Republic of Congo. Attendees should contact the nearest Embassy or Consular Mission of the Republic of Congo to inquire about visa requirements to enter the Republic of Congo.
If you wish to travel to DRC, it is advised to obtain visas in advance for both Republic of Congo and the Democratic Republic of Congo.
Vaccination requirements
Yellow fever vaccination is required from travellers from all countries for entry into the Republic of Congo and the Democratic Republic of Congo. Attendees are reminded that they must present their Yellow Fever Vaccination certificate (International Certificate of Vaccination of Prophylaxis) upon entry into the country.

We have hotels rooms placed on hold at several hotels in Brazzaville for workshop participants. The following is a list of the hotels and the number of available rooms.
Email us with your hotel preference at osfac@iluci.org and we will hold a room for you.
Please note that hotels in Brazzaville require payment in cash (CFA). There are ATM’s which accept all Visa cards and can be used to withdraw cash. Money can also be exchanged at banks or foreign exchange bureaus in the city center.
